Description :
Licensing law exists where laws of contract and intellectual property converge. It is born out of the inteplay of the doctrine of contract and the principles of intellectual property. The idea of this project was conceived out of my teaching responses which i got while discussing the principles of intellectual property and contract law with my students at the university of Delhi and the Indian Law Institute. In the present form, the books builds on my post doctoral research work that i undertook at the present form, the book builds on my post doctoral research work that i undertook at the max planck institute for INTELLECTUAl property, competition and tax laws, munich.
