Description
Mimansa Rules of Interpretation were one of the greatest achievements of our ancestors, but about which even the educated lawyers are not aware of. The Britishers tried to supplant these by Maxwell's Principles of Interpretation. Justice Katju's effort here is to restore the use of Mimansa Rules in Indian law courts.
