The Information Technology Revolution has brought in the online Revolution in all activities in the human society. Trading, Banking, Education and many more are all done on online today. As a result, there are also growing disputes and crimes on online activities. The solution for the same should be offered by the law of the Land. Indian Laws pertaining to IT and ADR deal with Online Dispute Resolution (ODR).
