About the Author:

The author is a Chartered Accountant and a B.Com (H) graduate from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University. Having worked in the big 4 firms in their audit, accounting and advisory practice and an in-depth research in London on Private Equity, she got in-depth knowledge on deal structuring, corporate taxation, due diligence and financial analysis.

Her proficiency as an academician gained her laurels from the student community. Her charming personality and gullible demeanour created an aura of respect for her across the country. Her teaching techniques helped the students understand the corporate world sitting in the classroom.
