About the Author Abdul Qadir is a notable scholar of Islamic Law and Politics. He did his MA and LLB from the University of Calcutta. He has several important research papers published in reputed journals. Presently, Mr. Qadir is practicing as a lawyer in Kolkata. His first published work is “Wakf: Islamic Law of Charitable Trust”.
